Terms of Service

In short: these terms are between you, the store owner who installs Returns Portal, and us. You set your own return policy and follow the consumer law where you sell. The app never holds or moves money, and it is provided as is.

1. The service

Returns Portal ("the App") is an app for Wix Stores sites. It gives shoppers a form to request returns and exchanges, and gives the store owner tools to review and act on those requests. It is provided by Rishabh Chulet, an independent developer in India trading as Creet ("the Developer", "we", "us"). These terms apply between us and the person who installs the App on a Wix site ("you", the store owner). Wix's own terms and the Wix App Market terms also apply. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Wix.com Ltd.

2. Your site

Install the App only on a Wix site you are allowed to manage. You are responsible for what happens on that site and for keeping your Wix login secure.

3. Plans and payment

The Free plan includes up to 5 return requests per calendar month (UTC). The Pro plan costs 19 USD a month, or 17% less when billed yearly, and includes unlimited requests. Pro starts with a 14-day free trial.

Plans are billed by Wix, not by us. You can change or cancel your plan through Wix, and refunds of app charges follow Wix's own billing rules. We may change prices with reasonable notice before your next billing period, following Wix's rules for changing app prices.

4. Your return policy

You set your return rules, including the return window, the reasons you offer, final-sale products, fees, and whether to accept a request. You must follow the consumer law where you sell. The App applies the rules you set. It does not give legal advice and does not decide anyone's legal right to a return.

5. Money

Returns Portal does not hold or move money. Refunds and exchange payments are made through Wix and your payment providers, or recorded by you when you make them outside Wix. We are not responsible for payment provider decisions, delays or fees.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the App to commit fraud, to guess order numbers or email addresses, to get around its request limits, or to harm the service or other users.

7. Data

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. You must have a lawful basis to process your shoppers' data through the App, and you must tell your shoppers how you use it.

8. Availability

We work to keep the App running, but it depends on the Wix platform and we do not promise uninterrupted service. Where possible we will give reasonable notice before we change or stop a feature.

9. No warranty

To the extent the law allows, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Some jurisdictions do not allow excluding implied warranties, so some of this section may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or any indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the billing period in which the claim arose or, if you use the Free plan, 10 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

11. Ending

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it in Wix. We may end your access if you break these terms. The Privacy Policy explains what happens to data after the App is removed.

12. Changes

Material changes to these terms will be published on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
