Refund Policy

14-day guarantee

If ITR Desk Pro does not work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

After 14 days

Annual licences are not refundable after 14 days, except where the Extension has stopped working with the portal for more than 14 consecutive days and we have not fixed it; in that case we refund the unused portion pro-rata.

How to request

Send the email address used at checkout and your order number to support@creet.in. The licence key is revoked when the refund is processed.

Duplicate purchases

Accidental duplicate orders are refunded in full at any time.
