1. The service
Dispatch Desk ("the Extension") is a productivity tool for truck dispatchers, made by an independent developer in India (the "Operator"). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to FMCSA, the U.S. Department of Transportation, any load board, broker or broker onboarding service.
2. Free and Pro plans
The free plan needs no payment. Pro is a subscription sold through Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record and is the seller for the transaction. A Pro licence is for one person and may be active in up to three browsers at a time. Prices are shown on this website and at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for every form you submit and every load you book. Always review filled fields before submitting.
- You confirm you are authorised to store and use the details of the carriers you enter, including tax and bank information.
- Broker information comes from FMCSA's public records, which can be incomplete or out of date. Verdicts and flags are aids, not guarantees; check SAFER and your own sources before relying on them.
- Rate calculations depend on the figures you enter and are estimates.
- You must keep your passphrase safe. It cannot be recovered, and encrypted fields cannot be read without it.
4. Acceptable use
Use the Extension in line with the terms of the websites you use it on. Do not use it, or modify it, to scrape or copy data from load boards or other services, to get around captchas, logins or rate limits, or for anything unlawful.
5. Licence
The Operator grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Extension. You may not resell it, sublicense it, share licence keys or redistribute modified copies.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The Extension is provided "as is". Websites change without notice, and filling or lookups may stop working until the Extension is updated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for lost loads, unpaid freight, fraud by third parties, rejected or incorrect submissions, data loss, or any indirect or consequential loss. The Operator's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Termination
The Operator may revoke licences obtained fraudulently or used in breach of these terms. You can stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
