14-day money-back guarantee

If Dispatch Desk Pro isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. No questions asked. Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

Renewals

You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email or by writing to us, and you won't be charged again. Monthly renewals are not refunded. If a yearly plan renews and you contact us within 14 days of the renewal without having used Pro since, we'll refund that renewal.

If something breaks

If a Pro feature stops working because of a change on our side and we haven't fixed it within 14 days of your report, we'll refund the unused part of your current period.

How to ask

Email r.c.7389426@gmail.com with the address you used at checkout and your order number. The licence key is deactivated once the refund is processed.

Duplicate payments

Accidental duplicate payments are refunded in full at any time.
