These terms apply when you install or use the Wix app "Pickup Points for Packeta" (the "app"). The app is provided by Creet (creet.in), an individual developer in India ("we"). Contact: support@creet.in.

1. What the app does

The app shows Packeta pickup points as delivery options in your Wix Stores checkout. It can also add a button that opens Packeta's map. The app is not affiliated with or endorsed by Packeta (Zásilkovna s.r.o.).

2. What you need

A Wix Stores site, your own Packeta (Zásilkovna) account and API key, a shipping region where the app is enabled, and a backup rate.

3. Price

The app is free at launch. If we add paid plans, we will say so in advance, and billing will go through Wix. You will not be charged without choosing a paid plan.

4. Your responsibilities

• Your Packeta account, your contract with Packeta, and your API key.
• The prices you set and the backup rate.
• Checking orders before you ship, and your obligations to your shoppers.

5. Third-party services

The app depends on Wix and Packeta. We do not control them. Their services, data and changes may affect the app. Packeta's terms govern your Packeta account.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We try to keep it working, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Pickup-point data comes from Packeta.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost sales or shipping problems. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending use

You can uninstall the app at any time. We may stop offering the app; where we can, we will give 30 days' notice.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
