Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Wix app "Pickup Points for Packeta" (the "app") processes and why. The app is made by Creet (creet.in), an individual developer in India. Contact: support@creet.in.

The app is not affiliated with or endorsed by Packeta (Zásilkovna s.r.o.).

Who this covers

• Merchants: Wix site owners who install the app.
• Shoppers: people who check out on a merchant's Wix store.

The merchant decides to use the app on their store. For shopper data, we process it only to provide the app to that merchant.

What data the app processes

From merchants

• Your Packeta API key.
• Your settings: destination countries, the price shown to shoppers, and whether to offer Z-BOX lockers.

From Wix during checkout

• The shipping destination and the cart items. Wix sends these to the app so it can work out the delivery options. The app does not store them.

The chosen pickup point

• The pickup point the shopper picks is stored on the cart or order (in its extended fields), so the merchant can see where to send the parcel.

How the data is used

Only to show Packeta pickup points as delivery options, to check the shopper's choice, and to record it on the order. We do not sell data. We do not use it for advertising.

Where the data is stored

• The app runs on Wix's own app hosting. Creet has no server and no separate database.
• Your API key and settings are stored on your own Wix site, in a collection that only site admins and the app can read.
• The chosen pickup point is stored on the Wix cart or order.
• Wix may keep technical logs of the app's backend under Wix's own policies.

Who else receives data

• Wix hosts the app and stores the data. Wix's privacy policy applies to Wix.
• Packeta. The app calls Packeta's public APIs with your API key: the pickup-point list (with the destination country) and the check of the chosen point (with that point). If you add the checkout map, Packeta's map loads from Packeta in the shopper's browser, and what the shopper does in it is handled by Packeta under Packeta's own privacy policy.
• Shoppers' browsers. The checkout map needs your API key, so the app sends the key, your countries and your Z-BOX setting to the storefront.

We share data with no one else.

How long it is kept

• Your settings stay on your site until you change them or the app's data is removed. If you uninstall the app, you can ask us to help remove its settings from your site; contact support@creet.in.
• The chosen pickup point stays on the order as part of your order records.

Security

Data travels over HTTPS. Access to the settings is limited to site admins and the app. The app does not add its own encryption to the stored API key.

Your choices and rights

• Merchants can change or delete their settings on the app's dashboard page, or uninstall the app.
• Shoppers should contact the store they bought from, since the store controls its order data. You can also write to us.
• If you email us, we receive what you send and use it only to answer you.
